Dixon Financial Solutions provides business formation (LLC structuring), tax preparation and filing, notary public services, and business consulting. While we offer guidance, we do not replace the role of licensed attorneys, CPAs, or financial advisors where legally required.

2. Eligibility

Clients must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

3. Payments & Refunds

Fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

All payments are final. Refunds are only issued if services cannot be completed due to our fault.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information for tax filings, LLC formation, and consulting.

Ensuring all documents submitted for notarization meet legal requirements.

Reviewing all documents before final submission.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to provide accurate and timely services, Dixon Financial Solutions is not responsible for:

Penalties, losses, or damages resulting from client-provided inaccurate or incomplete information.

Delays caused by government agencies or third parties.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, marketing materials, and resources remain the property of Dixon Financial Solutions and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client engages in fraudulent activity, provides false information, or violates these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

9. SMS Program

Users can expect to receive updates related to their services, including appointment reminders, account notifications, and important service-related communications and marketing messages, if opted-in.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
